The OMRON 2SMPP are MEMS gauge pressure sensors with superior electrical characteristics at -50 to 50 kPa (2SMPP-03 model) or 0 to 37 kPa (2SMPP-02 model) pressure range. The sensors combine small offset and span voltage variation with low temperature influence. Their low power consumption of 0.2mW and size of only 6.1x4.7x8.2mm make them suitable for portable devices.
The OMRON 2SMPP sensors improve the performance and durability, while allowing more compact designs of breast as well as negative pressure wound therapy pumps. Applications also include air movement control, level indicators, leak detection and pressure control.
