Omron G3VH SiC MOSFET Relays
OMRON G3VH SiC MOSFET Relays enable high-load-voltage switching at 1800V and 3300V. These relays use SiC MOSFET technology and support continuous load currents of 30mA at 1800V and 300mA at 3300V, with DIP 6-pin PCB or surface-mount terminals. The 1800V models operate from -40°C to +105°C, while the 3300V models operate from -40°C to +85°C. The G3VH SiC MOSFET relays provide 5000Vrms dielectric strength between the input and output. Applications include Battery Management System (BMS) and semiconductor test equipment.
