Vishay eSMP SMP Fast Recovery Rectifiers
Vishay eSMP SMP Fast Recovery Rectifiers are designed for secondary rectification and freewheeling in consumer and automotive applications. These surface-mount rectifiers offer low forward voltage, low power loss, low thermal resistance, and high current ratings in a compact DO-220AA package with a typical 1.0 mm profile. Standard and AEC-Q101-qualified versions are available for automated assembly and automotive applications.

- Very low-profile SMPD surface-mount package with a typical height of 1.7 mm
- Very low-profile DO-221AC (SlimSMA) surface-mount package with a typical height of 0.95 mm
