Vishay Sfernice LPSA serie is the first high power resistors on the market to be offered with the full AEC-Q200 automotive qualification. Designed for direct mounting on a heatsink, the LPSA300, LPSA600 and LPSA800 deliver high power dissipation and pulse handling capabilities to help designers reduce component counts, design sizes and lower costs in automotive applications. LPSA will serve as precharge or discharge resistors for inverters and converters in electrified vehicles. LPSA can replace several lower rated thick film resistors or large wirewound technology resistors.
