With the MSPxx-series, Vishay is introducing a 150W Surface Mount TRANSZORB® Transient Voltage Suppressor in the very low profile microSMP-Package with a typical height of 0.65 mm only. This Diode is ideal for automated placement and can be used as sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightingon ICs, MOSFET, industrial, and signal lines of sensor units for protecting sensitive equipment against transient overvoltages.
