Vishay FRED Pt Gen 5 Hyperfast Rectifiers are high-performance rectifiers that offer fast recovery times, high efficiency, and low forward voltage drop, reducing power losses and improving overall system efficiency. The FRED Pt Gen 5 hyperfast rectifiers have breakdown voltage ratings of 600V and 1200V, with a low reverse recovery charge that minimizes switching losses and enhances performance in fast-switching circuits. These rectifiers operate at a current range from 15A to 75A and a maximum temperature of +175°C. Typical applications include automotive electronics, EV/HEV battery charging stations, solar inverters, telecommunication equipment, and UPS.
