Vishay ST, STE, and STH SuperTan Capacitors
Vishay ST, STE, and STH SuperTan Capacitors feature a hermetically sealed, all-tantalum construction for high reliability in harsh environments. The ST and STE SuperTan capacitors deliver high capacitance per unit volume with stable electrical performance and no circuit impedance restrictions. STH SuperTan capacitors offer improved vibration resistance while maintaining reliable performance. These capacitors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and have capacitance tolerances of ±10% and ±20%. The SuperTan wet tantalum capacitors deliver stable electrical characteristics under demanding thermal, shock, and vibration conditions. Typical applications include aerospace, energy storage, defense systems, and low-voltage filtering systems.
