Vishay T51 AEC-Q200 Qualified Polymer SMD Capacitors

Vishay T51 AEC-Q200 Polymer SMD Capacitors deliver improved reliability and performance in harsh operating conditions. These AEC-Q200-qualified T51 series offer lower ESR, reduced voltage derating requirements, and a benign failure mode. The T51 series brings to market a highly robust polymer solution that offers an improvement over standard tantalum, MLCC, and aluminum electrolytic capacitors in demanding and harsh environmental conditions. These capacitors can operate within the temperature range from -55°C to 125°C with 85% RH-rated voltage capability. These capacitors are useful in industrial applications requiring high-temperature operation, automotive electronics, decoupling, smoothing, and filtering.
