Vishay VCAN and VETH ESD Protection Diodes
VCAN and VETH ESD Protection Diodes are bidirectional devices designed to protect communication lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage spikes. These two devices serve the same purpose; each is optimized for different communication systems and performance requirements. The ESD protection diodes operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and a maximum working voltage of 24V (VETH) and 36V (VCAN). Typical applications include LIN bus, CAN bus, CAN FD bus, and automotive Ethernet.
