VOMDA1271 Automotive Photovoltaic MOSFET Driver
The VOMDA1271 serves as an automotive-certified MOSFET driver with optical isolation. It draws the necessary current for its internal circuitry directly from the infrared emitter situated on the primary side of the low-voltage isolation barrier. Notably, no external power supply is required to establish VCC. Enhancing its functionality, the VOMDA1271 incorporates a turn-off circuit designed to expedite the MOSFET's shutdown process.
