Yageo SMAJ TVS Diodes
YAGEO SMAJ Series Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for circuit protection in AC/DC power supplies and signal lines. These TVS diodes are packaged in a low-profile SMA/DO-214AC case with a glass-passivated junction for stability. The SMAJ diodes provide up to 400W peak pulse power capability with fast response times to voltage transients. These devices operate over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and support high-temperature soldering up to 260°C for 10 seconds. Available in both unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, offering compliance with IEC61000-4-2 ESD standards.
