Aptiv HV RCS 800 Automotive Connectors
Aptiv HV RCS 800 Automotive Connectors come in a compact package with a unique integrated electric interlock. These connectors feature an integrated ErgoMate Axial Mating Assist System on the harness connector that assures easy assembly. The connectors operate over a temperate range from -40°C to +125°C and have a maximum current rating of 210A at 85°C. The headers on the connectors are sealed in mated and unmated positions. These connectors provide a cost-effective design due to the direct connection between the female connector and male terminals within the device. The connectors include unique and safe mating screwing with an innovative Screw Position Assurance (SPA) feature. HV RCS 800 automotive connectors find application in inverters, batteries, and power electric boxes.
