Aptiv HV RCS Automotive Connectors
Aptiv HV RCS connector series delivers robust high-voltage interconnect solutions for demanding automotive systems. These connectors provide advanced environmental protection for harsh and wet conditions. The HV RCS1200 connectors operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and offer IP67/ IP6K9K sealing and a maximum current rating of 350A. These connectors feature a maximum DC voltage of 1000V and offer IP67 and IP6K9K sealing. Typical applications include DC / DC converter, HV battery, E-motor, Power electric box, and HV PDU.
