Aptiv HV Auxiliary Modules Solutions
Aptiv High Voltage (HV) Auxiliary Modules Solutions offer high voltage connection systems designed specifically for the voltage and current needs of auxiliary modules. The high-voltage interconnects are rated for up to 250A and 1000V and offer integrated High-Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) functionality. These devices come in 2, 3, and 4-way interconnects in a variety of configurations to support high-voltage auxiliary modules and high-voltage power conversion. The HV interconnects include SHIELDPACK and POWERPACK variants. These connection systems are ideal for PTC heaters, DC / DC converters, On-Board Chargers (OBC), electric packs, and HV Power Distribution Units (PDU).
