KYOCERA AVX SuperCapacitors
KYOCERA AVX SuperCapacitors or Double-Layer Capacitors store electrical energy about two to three orders of magnitude higher compared to traditional electrolytic capacitors. These SuperCapacitors have become recognized as an excellent compromise between electronic or dielectric capacitors and are also a valuable technology, providing a unique combination of characteristics, particularly very high pulse power, and capacitance densities. The double-layer capacitors or the SuperCapacitors have very high capacitance and very low ESR, making them ideal for use in a variety of applications that includes camera flash systems, energy harvesting, industrial, scanners, and UPS.
