AVX TCQ Series Automotive Polymer Capacitors
Kyocera AVX TCQ Series Automotive Polymer Capacitors are developed to deliver high endurance and performance stability to address the reliability requirements. The TCQ Series meets the AEC’s challenging 125°C lifetime stability test and humidity bias testing at 85°C / 85% for relative humidity that can be loaded for up to 1000 hours. TCQ Series Polymer Capacitors can operate at a temperature ranging from -55°C to +125°C with a full voltage range of 2.5V to 50V. Typical applications include DC/DC converters, automotive, telecommunication, and industrial.
