Bourns PTVS10-xxxC-TH High Current TVS Diodes
Bourns PTVS10-xxxC-TH Series High Current Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes are intended for use in high-power DC bus clamping applications and provide bidirectional port protection. These TVS diodes offer low clamping voltage under surge and are available with standoff voltages of 58V and 76V. The PTVS10-xxxC-TH high-current TVS diodes meet IEC61000-4-5 8/20μs current surge requirements. These devices operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and offer a maximum standby current of 10μA.
