Bourns PTVS6-058C-TH and PTVS6-076C-TH Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes are high-current diodes that offer bidirectional port protection and are available with standoff working voltage ratings of 58V and 76V. The PTVS6-058C-TH and PTVS6-076C-TH TVS diodes meet IEC61000-4-5 8/20μs current surge requirements. These TVS diodes operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. Ideally, PTVS6-058C-TH and PTVS6-076C-TH diodes are used in high-power DC bus protection.
