KEMET HRA CHA Series X7R MLCCs
KEMET High-Reliability Alternative (HRA) CHA Series Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) offer X7R dielectric and DC voltage ratings of 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, and 100V. These X-Level HRA ceramic capacitors use patented Base Metal Electrode (BME) technology to provide capacitance values up to 5 times more than MIL-PRF-32535 capacitors. The HRA series also has a smaller board mounting space, a more durable design, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. These devices are available in single lot date codes with flexible termination. The HRA surface-mount modules are built to suit higher reliability applications requiring capacitance values not available in standard MIL-SPEC products such as decoupling, bypass, filtering, and transient voltage suppression.
