Littelfuse SLD8S Series Surface Mount TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SLD8S Series Surface Mount TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronics against lightning and inductive load-switching voltage transient events. These low-profile devices are housed in an SMTO-263 package with lead modifications and are AEC-Q101 qualified. The SLD8S series features a glass passivated chip junction in a modified TO-263 package and offer excellent clamping capability. These surface mount diodes are matte tin plated and operate from -55°C to 175°C temperature range. The SLD8S series surface-mount TVS diodes are typically used for surface-mounted applications to optimize board space.
