Murata MGJ3 Series 3W Isolated DC/DC Converters

Murata MGJ3 Series 3W Isolated DC/DC Converters offer a range of asymmetric output voltages, allowing optimal drive levels to enhance overall system efficiency and minimize Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). The MGJ3 DC/DC converters are well-suited for powering both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits for IGBTs and silicon/silicon carbide MOSFETs in bridge circuits. These DC/DC converters operate at an input voltage range from 4.5V to 36V and at a switching frequency of 100kHz. MGJ3 DC/DC converters have an operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C and are ideal for various applications, including defibrillators, power grids, ultrasound machines, and Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS).
