AEC-Q200-qualified MKP1848Se film capacitors include enhanced ripple current capability and offer good robustness in high relative humidity. The MKP1848Se film capacitors feature a rated capacitance range from 1μF to 75μF and a rated voltage range (U_NDC at 85°C) from 500V to 1200V. Typical applications include automotive HVAC systems, motor drives, and EV/PHEV power converters.
