Vishay SiC46x microBUCK DC/DC Converters
Vishay SiC46x microBUCK DC/DC Converters are synchronous buck regulators with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. The SiC46x microBUCK DC/DC converters deliver ultra-fast transient response with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation at a very light load. These SiC46x microBUCK converters integrate a complete protection feature set, including Output Overvoltage Protection (OVP), Output Undervoltage Protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The SiC46x microBUCK converters operate over input voltage range from 4.5V to 60V and temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
