Vishay SiC46x and SiC47x microBUCK Evaluation Boards
Vishay SiC46x and SiC47x microBUCK Evaluation Boards feature UVLO capability on the input rail and a user-programmable soft start for enhanced versatility and protection. The SiC46x and SiC47x evaluation boards provide an adjustable switching frequency range of 100kHz to 2MHz and are functional in forced continuous conduction, power saving, and ultrasonic modes. These evaluation boards offer fast transient response, tight ripple control, high efficiency at light loads, and supply continuous currents up to 10A with a configurable output voltage as low as 0.8V. The SiC46x and SiC47x boards are designed for a variety of applications, including industrial computing, robotics, power tools, and home automation.
