KEMET KC-LINK SMD MLCCs
KEMET KC-LINK Surface Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (SMD MLCCs) are designed to satisfy the rising need for fast switching Wide Bandgap (WBG) semiconductors that operate at higher voltages, temperatures, and frequencies. These capacitors operate at extremely high ripple currents while exhibiting no change in capacitance relative to DC voltage and a negligible change in capacitance versus temperature. The KC-LINK surface mount capacitors feature an Operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and a maximum dissipation factor at 25°C of 0.1%. These devices come with a capacitance change of ±30PPM/°C and 0% aging rate. Applications include DC links, inverters, wireless charging, and snubbers.
