Vishay SiC967 microBRICK DC-DC Regulator Modules
Vishay SiC967 microBRICK DC-DC Regulator Modules are synchronous buck regulator modules with integrated power MOSFETs and inductors. The module is capable of supplying 6A continuous current at up to 2MHz switching frequency and produces an adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V from 4.5V to 60V input rail. These modules have an architecture that supports ultrafast transient response with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation at very light loads. The modules are internally compensated and require no external ESR network for loop stability. SiC967 regulator modules feature a power-saving scheme that significantly increases light load efficiency and is used in applications like home automation, networking, and robotics.
