Designed for reduced spaces in military applications, the RJ and USB Reduced Flange receptacles combine space and weight savings with performances equal to standard RJF TV and USB3F TV receptacles. Their innovative design reduces the panel surface footprint by 40%. They are also 15% lighter than the standard RJFTV or USBFTV connectors. These receptacles are ideal for applications requiring a maximum number of RJ45 or USB connectors to fit in a small space or, when there are weight constraints. The RJF TV Reduced Flange connectors support data acquisition and transmission over Ethernet Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A networks in harsh environments. The USB3F TV - Reduced Flange follows USB 3.0 performances and specifications.

38999 reduced flange connectors provide more density on panel with a 41% surface saving. This connector is designed for harsh environment applications: ground vehicles, data acquisition equipments, planes, helicopters, avionics calculators and UAV where superior electrical performance and surface savings are needed. It's 20% lighter on average than standard versions & mate with standard MIL-DTL-38999 Series III plugs. It's available with crimp or PC Tail contacts & in stand-off versions.

ABS2216 is a Composite Backshell compatible with MIL-DTL-38999 Series III and EN3645 connectors. It features an anti-decoupling system with 3 angles: straight, 45° & 90°. EMI and non-EMI versions are available.

Amphenol Socapex's snap caps offer real ease of use and optimal protection. They screw directly with receptacles and are available in two types of material: composite for MIL-DTL-26482 connectors & aluminium for the MIL-DTL-38999 range (metallic snap cap available soon). A vast choice of plating finishes — including nickel, black zinc nickel, and cadmium — is available to guarantee increased protection against corrosion, impacts, and vibrations.
